Turns out, two wheels only get you so far.
Third Wheel helps leaders figure out what matters most, then aligns the people, systems, and resources to make it happen.
It's all connected.
Big organizational ambitions rarely fit neatly into one department. Launching something new, growing an organization, or rethinking how it operates requires decisions about people, programs, structures, and resources. Each decision has implications for the others.
Third Wheel brings deep executive experience to helping organizations bring these ambitions to life. We work alongside leaders to clarify strategic priorities, design programs and organizational structures, and put the right people, systems, and resources behind them. Throughout the process, we help leaders understand how those decisions fit together, navigate trade-offs, and carefully consider change management, all while building the internal capacity to carry the work forward long after our engagement ends.
People. Program. Operations.
The work doesn't happen in silos. Neither do we.
Organizations come to Third Wheel for all kinds of reasons. Some are figuring out where to focus their efforts. Others are preparing to grow or launch something new, trying to improve results that aren't meeting expectations, or reconsidering how their organization is structured and operates. These are different challenges, but each raises questions that impact People, Program, and Operations.
Our engagements can be as focused as helping a leadership team work through a pressing challenge or as extensive as partnering on a major organizational undertaking. In either case, we're closely involved in the work itself, from sorting through the tough questions to developing solutions and helping put them into practice. Whatever the scope, we're there to help move the work forward, not just offer advice from the sidelines.
We’re in good company.
We've been in the thick of it.
